Refund & cancellation policy

  1. Once an order is placed,The Febno Technologies reserves the special right to refuse or cancel any refund.
  2. Febno Technologies shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, allow for the Return or Replacement of any new Service purchased within 3 days from the date of purchase in case you are not satisfied with the service. Refunds will be approved only against requests from customers with solid evidence to prove service level issues.
  3. Money for the requested refund/return shall be refunded back to the Customer in part or whole if the refund/return approve by Febno Technologies as per Febno Technologies’s Return Policy. Returns shall only be credited back to the Account used to make the original purchase. If the original Account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for Return.
  4. There shall be no Refund for products/services/licenses listed below.

  • Domains
  • All Microsoft Products (Windows Operating Systems, MSSQL Database, Office365, Microsoft Exchange, CDN, Sharepoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive, Azure, Dynamics 365, Visio, Enterprise Mobility & Security, Microsoft365 etc.)
  • All other licenses from external vendors (WHM/cPanel, Plesk, Bitdefender, Trendmicro, Cloudlinux, Softaculous, Acunetix, Sitelock, Anti-Spam, Cloud Backup, Web Application Firewall, Weebly website builder etc.)

Terms & Conditions

All products/services and information displayed on the website constitute an “invitation to offer”. Any order for purchases constitutes an “offer” of the Customer, which shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below. The Website shall at all times, reserve the right to accept or reject the customer’s offer. The agreement between the customer and the website shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:-

  1. By using the website, User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. All prices and availability of products, as well as the working model of the website are subject to change without prior notice, including but not limited to the subscriptions being made complimentary prospectively.
  3. The Febno Technologie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price on the Website. In cases where an order has been confirmed and the payment has been sent, a credit shall be issued in the name of the customer immediately and the same shall also be notified by email.
  4. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  5. The website shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Febno Technologies.
  6. Febno Technologies reserves the right to add, delete or modify content, information and other services in any way whatsoever and at any time.
  7. Febno Technologies reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate its services.
  8. Links to external internet sites may be provided within the content on the website or other media for the convenience of the users. However the listing of an external site does not imply endorsement of the site by Febno Technologies or its affiliates. Links provided on the website to sites outside the website are not under the control of Febno Technologies and Febno Technologies does not assume any responsibility or liability for the content available at such websites.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all material presented on the website (including but not limited to text, photographs, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on the website are the property of Febno Technologies ., its parent, affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable UAE or India laws Indian. Any infringement shall be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  10. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and UAE.
  11. Febno technologies will not be liable for any loss of data or other such loss in the event of service deactivation unless the expiry date is renewed on the product requiring the renewal of the subscription
  12. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change without any prior intimation.
  13. All Invoices are system generated & auto-sent 7 days before the due date on the registered email address (Keeping the updated email address is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  14. Customers shall agree to pay all applicable fees for Services in effect at the time of sign-up registration and/or renewal, subject to these Terms. Customer agrees to update and keep current all of Customer’s billing information, email, and all other contact information. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that the information submitted is accurate to insure proper billing and continuity of services. We offer multiple billing terms for certain services.
  15. Any Service interruptions or downtime or outage due to scheduled maintenance by Febno Technologies or its network providers shall not count towards the uptime guarantee. Febno Technologies is not liable in any way for failure of third party services.
  16. In the unfortunate event of suspension and/or termination, kindly note we are not liable for financially or otherwise for your loss of business and/or communication due to non-payment. This disclaimer further releases us, the provider from any future malign, threats or legal proceedings.
  17. Febno technologies expressly reserves the right to change or modify its prices and fees at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be posted online in our website and effective immediately without any notice. If you have purchased services for a period of months or years, changes or modifications in prices and fees shall be effective when the services in question come up for renewal.
  18. Customers shall be liable to make full payment including all suspended license costs are required to activate the service, as it entails dual processing at our end.
  19. It may take 7 days to re-activate the service after dues cleared by the client during the suspension period.
