Febno Technologies successfully implemented a comprehensive compliance automation platform for Ramad Pay, a fintech company operating in the United States within the money services and remittance sector. The goal of this project was to streamline agent onboarding, enhance regulatory compliance, and support scalable nationwide operations through a unified digital system. The solution was built using Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms, Zoho Sign, and Moodle, creating a centralized ecosystem for managing onboarding, compliance, training, and contract workflows. This integration replaced fragmented processes with a seamless, automated platform designed for efficiency and accuracy. Zoho CRM was customized to manage the complete agent lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing compliance tracking. Zoho Forms enabled automated lead capture and enquiry handling, ensuring structured data collection. A custom KYB (Know Your Business) compliance module was developed to track verification processes and maintain audit-ready documentation, helping meet regulatory requirements across multiple states. The integration with Moodle LMS allowed automated training and certification management, ensuring that agents complete required compliance courses before activation. Zoho Sign enabled secure, paperless contract execution and storage, reducing turnaround time and improving document security. Advanced workflow automation features, including duplicate detection and automatic agent code generation, further enhanced operational efficiency. As a result, Ramad Pay achieved a significant transformation in its onboarding and compliance processes. Agent onboarding time was reduced by up to 80%, shifting from weeks to just a few days. The organization gained a centralized, audit-ready compliance system with real-time visibility into onboarding progress and verification status. Automation minimized manual data entry, reduced operational errors, and improved overall process consistency. This scalable platform now supports Ramad Pay’s expansion across the United States, providing a strong foundation for growth while maintaining strict compliance standards.
