The goal of this project was to unify multi-stage project workflows into a centralized, cloud-based platform, eliminating manual processes and disconnected systems. The solution leveraged Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory to create a seamless ecosystem connecting lead management, project execution, stock control, and accounting. This integration enabled Leadergate to manage its entire workflow—from customer inquiry and quotation to production, delivery, and final billing—within a single system. Zoho CRM was customized to handle lead capture, deal tracking, and automated workflows, ensuring efficient sales pipeline management. Zoho Books was configured for end-to-end financial operations, including estimates, invoicing, payment tracking, and VAT compliance, providing accurate and real-time financial insights. Zoho Inventory was implemented to manage stock levels, track deliveries, and handle assemblies (Bill of Materials), which is critical for production-based operations in the advertising and printing industry. A key feature of the implementation was the creation of an end-to-end pipeline that connects all departments, enabling smooth coordination between design, production, and installation teams. Automated workflows, notifications, and email communications were set up to improve responsiveness and reduce manual intervention. The centralized system also ensured better data accuracy and real-time visibility across all operations.
