Febno Technologies implemented Zoho People HRMS for Safeway Groups to automate HR operations and streamline employee attendance tracking across multiple project sites. The project focused on integrating biometric devices with a cloud-based HR platform to ensure accurate, real-time workforce data and consistent policy enforcement across locations. The solution enabled centralized management of employee records, attendance, and HR processes while synchronizing real-time data from ZKT biometric devices. Automated rules for attendance, overtime, and grace periods were configured to eliminate manual calculations and ensure standardized HR policies across departments and sites. A centralized dashboard was introduced to provide clear visibility into attendance patterns, workforce performance, and reporting. The system also generated payroll-ready attendance data, significantly improving payroll accuracy and reducing administrative workload. As a result, Safeway Groups achieved a fully automated attendance system, reduced manual HR effort, improved compliance, and enhanced transparency across workforce operations. The scalable HRMS solution now supports efficient workforce management and future business growth.
