HRMS Implementation for Knowledge Grid Academy (KGA)

Febno Technologies implemented Zoho People HRMS for Knowledge Grid Academy (KGA) to digitize and optimize HR operations for a workforce of over 120 employees. The project focused on replacing manual HR processes with an automated, centralized system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The solution introduced automated shift scheduling based on employee roles and locations, along with real-time attendance tracking through biometric integration using Anviz FaceDeep 3 devices. This ensured accurate workforce data capture and eliminated discrepancies in attendance records. A structured leave management system with multi-level approval workflows was implemented to enhance transparency and streamline employee requests. Additionally, digital document management with automated expiry alerts was introduced to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The HRMS was fully integrated to support payroll processes by synchronizing real-time attendance and leave data, significantly improving payroll accuracy. The centralized system provided HR teams with better visibility and control over employee data and operations. As a result, Knowledge Grid Academy achieved reduced manual workload, improved operational efficiency, enhanced compliance, and a more seamless employee experience. The scalable HRMS solution now supports ongoing workforce growth and organizational expansion.
